Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer

Join our team of Full Time Nabisco Merchandisers and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication & relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing out displays. Become an ambassador of world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among other delicious industry-leading snacks.

Responsibilities

1. Represent Mondelez in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility of Mondelez products on shelves and construct promotional displays.

2. Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelez’s DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.

3. Order products via iPad Tablet for shelf and display to ensure in-stock conditions.

4. Ensure leading brands (Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among others) are well represented, stocked, and maintained through Mondelez’s guidelines.

5. Follow the negotiated plans with store managers and communicate any issues with Mondelez management.

6. Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient in-store service.

7. Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.

8. Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelez in stores.

Expectations and Benefits

• Hourly rate from $16.00 to $18.00 based on experience.

Candidate Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old, with a valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

• Positive, professional, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

• Ability to drive personal vehicle to various store locations; mileage reimbursed.

• Physically capable of performing tasks such as lifting (up to 25 lbs. regularly, over 50 lbs. occasionally), bending, pushing, and pulling.

• Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus.

• Reside within 25-35 miles of Tucker, GA, with secondary locations in Norcross, GA, and Atlanta, GA.

• Availability required: Sunday through Thursday.
