Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer

Join our team of Full Time Nabisco Merchandisers and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication, relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing displays. Become an ambassador of world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among other delicious industry-leading snacks.

1. Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility of products and construct promotional displays.
2. Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.
3. Order products via iPad Tablet to ensure in-stock conditions for shelves and displays.
4. Ensure leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained following Mondelēz’ guidelines.
5. Follow negotiated plans with store managers and communicate issues with management.
6. Adhere to the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient store service.
7. Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.
8. Demonstrate a positive attitude while representing Mondelēz in stores.

• Hourly compensation from $16.00 to $18.00 based on experience

Who is a good fit?

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Positive, professional, self-motivated, able to work independently
• Ability to drive personal vehicle to various store locations (mileage reimbursed)
• Physically capable of repetitive lifting, bending, carrying up to 25 lbs, and occasionally over 50 lbs
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus
• Reside within 25-35 miles of Decatur, GA or Lithonia, GA
• Availability: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday
