Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer

Join our team of full-time Nabisco Merchandisers/Order Writers and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication and relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing out displays. Become an ambassador of world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among other delicious industry-leading snacks.

Responsibilities:

1. Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility of Mondelēz products on shelves and to construct promotional displays.
2. Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’s DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.
3. Order products via iPad Tablet for shelves and displays to ensure in-stock conditions.
4. Ensure leading brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit are well represented, stocked, and maintained following Mondelēz’s guidelines.
5. Follow negotiated plans with store managers and communicate any issues with Mondelēz’s management team.
6. Adhere to the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient in-store service.
7. Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.
8. Maintain a positive attitude while representing Mondelēz in stores.

• Hourly compensation ranges from $16.00 to $18.00 based on experience

Who is a good fit?

• At least 18 years old, with a valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Positive, professional, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Ability to drive your personal vehicle to various store locations (mileage reimbursed)
• Capable of performing physical activities like lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs, and occasionally pushing/pulling over 50 lbs
• Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus
• Reside within 25-35 miles of Tucker, GA, or secondary locations in Norcross, GA, or Atlanta, GA
• Available to work Sunday through Thursday
