Job Description

Position: Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer

Join our team of Merchandisers and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication, relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing displays. Become an ambassador of world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among other industry-leading snacks.

• Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize product visibility and construct promotional displays.

• Conduct in-store visits as per Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays.

• Order products via iPad to ensure shelves and displays are stocked.

• Ensure leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained according to Mondelēz’ guidelines.

• Follow negotiated plans with store managers and communicate issues to management.

• Adhere to the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient store service.

• Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.

• Maintain a positive attitude while representing Mondelēz in stores.

Who is a good fit?

• At least 18 years old, valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance

• High School Diploma or GED preferred

• Positive, professional, self-motivated, independent worker

• Ability to drive personal vehicle, mileage reimbursed

• Physically able to perform tasks including lifting up to 25 lbs, occasional over 50 lbs, moving products

• Retail/grocery experience is a plus

• Reside within 25-35 miles of Hawthorne, CA

• Availability including weekends and holidays
