A valid driver's license and background check are required. Primary duties include plumbing, electrical, carpentry, preventative maintenance, janitorial, grounds work, lawn care, and snow removal, with potential after-hours on-call emergencies.

Qualifications

• Experience in plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks.
