Job summary

Continental Management in Jackson, MI is seeking a full-time maintenance technician to service our housing community. You will handle light plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, preventative maintenance, and grounds/snow removal, and you will make ready apartments.

Strong customer service skills and reliability are essential. On-call after-hours emergency rotation with the maintenance team and occasional support at sister sites are part of this role. Valid driver's license required.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have a valid driver’s license.
• Background check required.
• Experience in general maintenance tasks a plus.

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests and make-ready apartments.
• Perform light plumbing, electrical and carpentry tasks.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and grounds upkeep including snow removal.
• Assist at sister sites as needed.
