The role includes access control, hourly patrols, incident reporting, and coordinating with the client. Candidate must have a California Guard Card, be 18+, and pass a background check; bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid California Guard Card.
• Must be 18 years or older and legally allowed to work in the U.S.
• Reliable transportation and ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Punctual, professional, and able to stand for the full shift; lift 15–20 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Screen and register all incoming visitors.
• Perform hourly patrols on foot or by golf cart.
• Guard the facility and report incidents to management.
• Log truck, trailer, containers, and temperatures; monitor seals.
• Provide courteous customer service and communicate daily activity.
