• Has a valid driver’s license for driving positions only.
• Minimum age 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and the public at a utility services location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns and critical situations in a calm, professional manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities, grounds, and related infrastructure.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorization, and maintain logs and reports.
• Communicate observations and security concerns to site contacts and leadership promptly.
