Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist with all store functions and day-to-day activities as directed by the Store Manager.
• Perform opening and closing procedures in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Help protect and secure all company assets, including store cash.
• Follow all policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Maintain a professional and friendly environment with customers, staff, and supervisors.
• Keep all store areas, including the stockroom and sales floor, organized and clean.
• When the Store Manager is not present, take supervisory responsibility for hourly associates.
• Process all corporate directives and communications related to store activities.
• Assist with receipt and return of merchandise, following VIP and DSD policies.
• Manage freight flow and ensure stock levels meet store needs.
• Meet or exceed productivity standards.
• Assist in ordering and stocking merchandise, including refrigerated items.
• Maintain stockroom organization and ensure the sales floor is sales-effective daily.
• Plan and maintain merchandising displays, including Clip Strips and Power Panels.
• Participate in planning and executing monthly sales initiatives.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

• Prior retail and management experience preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills.
• Ability to lift and transport merchandise weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team-oriented environment.
