Job summary

Harpers Station Gainesville Memory Care is hiring full-time Caregivers for day shifts (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM) to support residents with daily living activities and dining. You will provide compassionate care, assist with ADLs, and help maintain a clean and safe living environment.

The role emphasizes empathy, respect for residents, and adherence to HIPAA regulations. Training, teamwork, and reliable attendance are expected to deliver high-quality care in a supportive setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene.
• Interact with residents with empathy, kindness, compassion, and respect.
• Observe and report changes in residents' health or emotional well-being to a supervisor.
• Assist in dining, leisure activities, and daily community chores.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly environment and follow safety procedures.
