Job summary

Harpers Station Gainesville Memory Care in Florida is hiring CNAs for full-time, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM shifts. You will assist residents with daily living activities, provide compassionate care, and support families while maintaining a safe, dignified environment.

You will help with meals, hygiene, mobility, light housekeeping, and laundry, document observations, follow policies including HIPAA, and participate in trainings. Teamwork and respectful communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CNA experience or relevant training preferred.
• Ability to read and follow simple instructions.
• Strong communication with residents, families, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including dressing, bathing, grooming, and toileting.
• Assist with dining, meal service, and feeding as needed.
• Provide light housekeeping and laundry to maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Observe and report changes in health or emotional well-being to supervisor.
• Assist in transporting residents and maintaining safe patient handling.
• Deliver compassionate, respectful care and protect resident privacy (HIPAA).
