Job summary

Liberty FCU is seeking a Full-Time Member Service Representative/Teller for the Thompson's Station office in TN. You will handle deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and transfers with accuracy while delivering excellent member service and protecting confidential information.

Qualifications include HS diploma or GED and 1–2 years cash handling. Flexible schedule and potential travel to other branches may be required; training may occur in Evansville, IN.

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule and travel to other branches when needed.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary Member Service Representative (MSR).
• Handle deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers with accuracy.
• Identify potential fraud and protect member information.
• Maintain cash drawer balance and support branch goals.
• Assist with night drop, branch cash machine balancing, and safe deposit access.
• Answer member inquiries and greet members professionally at the branch.
