Job summary

CoVantage Credit Union is seeking a Full-Time Member Service Representative for our Rothschild branch. In this role you will be the face of the credit union, greeting members and assisting with a variety of transactions from opening accounts to applying for loans.

You will deliver personalized service, educate members on products, and work with team members to achieve department goals while engaging in community outreach and events.

Qualifications

• Proven customer service skills in a professional setting.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Experience in financial services or sales is preferred.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Windows software.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with opening accounts and processing transactions.
• Provide information on financial products and services.
• Refer complex requests to appropriate department.
• Educate members on financial options aligning with their goals.
• Support Interactive Teller Machines and in-branch processes.
• Collaborate with team to meet organizational goals.
• Participate in community events and outreach.
