Wilson Health is seeking a full-time Clinical Medical Assistant/Licensed Practical Nurse/Patient Service Representative for the Wilson Health Medical Group Specialty Office in Sidney, Ohio. The role blends clinical support with front-office duties to ensure smooth patient flow and a positive experience.

Responsibilities include patient check-in/out, vital signs, specimen collection, and coordination of referrals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of an accredited Medical Assisting program or LPN program.
• Current certification as CMA, RMA, CCMA or Ohio LPN license.
• Current BLS certification (or ability to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and escort them to examination rooms and manage front-office duties.
• Record vital signs and review medications/allergies.
• Assist physician with examinations and procedures (blood draws, EKGs, minor procedures).
• Verify insurance, schedule appointments, collect payments, and maintain records.
