Job summary

Wilson Health Medical Group seeks a Clinical Float (CMA or LPN) to provide flexible clinical support across multiple clinics in Sidney, OH and surrounding locations. This full-time float role covers 1st shift, traveling to Jackson Center, Anna, Botkins as needed, under physician direction.

Certification or license must be current; CMA/RMA or Ohio LPN license required. Expect teamwork and adaptability in a busy patient-care environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program.
• Current CMA/RMA credential or a Practical Nursing (LPN) license in Ohio.
• Ability to work as a Floating CMA or LPN across multiple Wilson Health Medical Group locations.

Responsibilities

• Provides high-quality clinical support under physician direction and within licensure/certification guidelines.
• Floats to multiple Wilson Health Medical Group locations to support staffing and operations.
• Greets patients professionally and prepares them for visits in exam rooms.
• Obtains and documents vital signs, medical history updates, medications, and allergies in the EMR.
• Assists providers with examinations, procedures, and in-office treatments including blood draws and EKGs.
• Coordinates patient care, referrals, prior authorizations, and follow-up appointments.
