Job summary

Complete Health in Westminster, CO seeks a full-time Medical Assistant to support clinicians in examination and treatment of patients. Schedule is Monday–Friday 8am–5pm; pay range $20.68–$27.47/hour, based on experience and certification.

Must hold CMA certification or equivalent, and have EMR familiarity (Athena preferred). You will interview patients, record vitals, prepare exam rooms, assist with procedures, draw blood, manage portal messages, and ensure patient safety and comfort throughout

Qualifications

CMA certification or equivalent required.
Knowledge of Word Processing software; Internet software, EMR systems (Athena preferred).
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods; lift up to 30 pounds; assist in moving patients up to 300 pounds.
Regular exposure to bodily fluids; adhere to safety and hygiene protocols.

Responsibilities

Interview patients and record vital signs (BP, pulse, temp, O2, weight, height).
Prepare examination rooms and stock supplies.
Assist providers by handing instruments during procedures.
Clean and sterilize instruments and perform routine tests (EKG, urinalysis, rapid tests).
Administer injections as ordered and manage lab/imaging requests.
Handle portal messages and patient communications; document in EMR.
