National Spine & Pain Centers is seeking a full-time Medical Assistant for our Gainesville, GA office. Hours are 8:00am–5:00pm, with responsibilities spanning front and back office duties.

The role involves supporting providers, managing patient flow, and ensuring accurate patient documentation. Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, and prefer graduation from an AS/MA program or CMA/RMA certification.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent; Medical Assisting program preferred.
• CMA/RMA certification preferred; or active certification.
• 2+ years clinical Medical Assisting experience is a plus.
• Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with initiative and resourcefulness.

Responsabilidades

• Manage daily patient flow and act as liaison between providers and patients.
• Monitor and communicate clinical messages to Providers and patients.
• Organize, clean, and prep exam, procedure, and recovery rooms.
• Take and record patients' vitals and note changes or concerns.
• Complete documentation for patient charts including labs, X-rays, meds, and orders.
• Provide discharge/follow-up instructions and patient education materials.

CMA/RMA certification

EMR experience

Clinical experience in fast-paced env.

Proactive/well-organized

Educación
