Job summary

Performance Fab is seeking a dependable Shipping & Receiving Specialist to manage materials, deliveries, inventory, and logistics across our fabrication facility. You will handle inbound shipments, stage and label materials, and support production schedules while ensuring inventory accuracy and safe operations.

You will move materials with forklifts, assist with deliveries to vendors and job sites, and maintain organized records.

Qualifications

• Must be detail-oriented and organized.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and time-management abilities.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Valid CDL and ability to maintain CDL requirements.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, inspect, and organize incoming shipments and deliveries.
• Stage, label, and distribute materials to support production schedules.
• Track inventory and identify shortages, damages, and discrepancies.
• Process jobsite returns and maintain accurate material records.
• Move materials throughout the shop and yard using forklifts and other equipment.
• Pick up and deliver materials to vendors and job sites as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Assist with inventory accuracy and facility security.
