XCAL Shooting Sports and Fitness is seeking a dedicated Martial Arts Manager to lead the dojo, oversee day-to-day operations, and deliver high-energy instructional programs. The role combines teaching, facility management, and member engagement to build a thriving martial arts community.

The Manager will supervise staff, coordinate schedules and events, and ensure a welcoming environment for members and guests while driving growth and retention of memberships.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in gym, martial arts school, fitness studio, or customer-facing management.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Comfortable with sales, customer service, and conflict resolution.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day dojo operations.
• Instruct high-energy, benefit-driven classes.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and maintenance of the facility.
• Coordinate equipment, uniforms, and inventory.
• Track attendance and payroll inputs as needed.
• Lead member experience and retention initiatives.
