XCAL Shooting Sports and Fitness is seeking an enthusiastic XCAL Martial Arts (XMA) Instructor to inspire members through curriculum-driven classes and personal attention. You will manage energetic sessions, connect with students and parents, and create a welcoming learning environment.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of BJJ coaching, strong time management and public speaking skills, and a commitment to diversity. Join a family-owned facility that blends sport, fitness, and community.

Responsibilities

• Instruction of high-energy, benefit-driven, educational classes.
• Engage with and build relationships with the students and parents.
• Ability to teach/supervise a class size of 20-30.
• Take feedback and turn that knowledge into a teachable means of empowering the student.
• Actively pursue professional development in their respective fields.
