Job summary

Manpower, Inc. is seeking a General Labor associate for our manufacturing client in Morris, IL. You will join the Production team supporting daily operations, following safety procedures and quality standards.

The role requires the ability to operate equipment, handle materials, perform inspections, and prepare products for shipment. Shifts include 1st, 2nd, and 3rd with a pay range of $20.00 to $23.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently.
• Stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive motions during shifts.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
• Willingness to follow detailed procedures and PPE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing equipment and machinery safely and efficiently.
• Mix, handle, transport, and process raw materials per procedures.
• Monitor production processes and perform routine quality inspections.
• Package, label, and prepare finished products for shipment.
• Follow safety guidelines and PPE requirements; keep work areas clean.
