Job summary

Manpower, Inc. is seeking a General Labor associate for our manufacturing client in Morris, IL. You will join the Production team supporting daily operations, following safety procedures and quality standards.

The role requires the ability to operate equipment, handle materials, perform inspections, and prepare products for shipment. Shifts include 1st, 2nd, and 3rd with a pay range of $20.00 to $23.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently.
• Stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive motions during shifts.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
• Willingness to follow detailed procedures and PPE requirements.

Our client, a chemical manufacturing company specializing in foam and cushioning products, is seeking a general labor associate to join their team. As a general labor associate, you will be part of the Production team supporting daily manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to workplace safety, the ability to follow detailed procedures, and the drive to help meet production goals while maintaining quality standards.

Job Title: General labor

Location: Morris, IL

Pay Range: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Shift: 1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
