Job summary

Primary Staffing Inc. is hiring General Labor Production Associates for a manufacturing site in Matteson, IL. You will support assembly, material flow, quality inspection, and basic warehouse tasks on the production floor.

The role requires following safety rules, working with a team, and showing attention to detail. Shifts may be 8–12 hours with overtime and steel-toe footwear required.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, general labor, or production experience is preferred but may not be required for every opening.
• Must be able to understand and follow workplace instructions, safety rules, and standard procedures.
• Must bring a reliable, team-oriented attitude and a willingness to learn production processes.
• Attention to detail is important because this role may involve inspection and defect identification.
• Basic familiarity with production tracking, scanners, or computer-based systems is a plus.
• English/Spanish or Korean/English bilingual ability is helpful for team communication, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Help build, assemble, or prepare battery and electronics-related components on the production line.
• Move materials to and from work areas so production teams have the supplies needed to meet daily goals.
• Operate simple tools, equipment, or workstations after receiving proper instructions.
• Check product condition, flag visible defects, and report quality concerns when something does not look right.
• Assist with basic inventory movement, warehouse support, and general production floor organization.
• Keep the assigned area clean, safe, and organized throughout the shift.
• Communicate with leads, supervisors, quality staff, and logistics teams to support efficient workflow.
