Job summary

Manpower in Bolingbrook, IL is seeking General Laborers for a Monday-Friday schedule with steady hours and long-term opportunities. Previous manufacturing experience isn’t required; strong work ethic and reliability are key. You may be mixing products, weighing materials, packaging, or supplying lines.

Shifts: 1st 6:00AM-2:30PM ($15.50/hr), 2nd 2:00PM-10:30PM ($16.00/hr), 3rd 10:00PM-6:30AM ($16.50/hr). Referral bonus available for qualifying candidates.

Qualifications

• Must understand GMPs or willing to learn.
• Sufficient math skills.
• Able to follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Read and write in English preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect product for quality and foreign material contamination.
• Supply production lines as needed.
• Place product correctly on line, in containers, boxes, or pallets.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
