Wellspring Lutheran Services in Michigan is seeking a Maintenance Worker to keep our skilled nursing campus safe, comfortable, and well maintained for residents, families, and staff. You will handle repairs, preventive tasks, and campus improvements to support a welcoming environment.

You will work with a collaborative team, prioritize safety, and respond to daily maintenance needs to minimize disruptions and ensure high-quality resident care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Two years of maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of building systems, tools, and repair techniques.

Responsibilities

• Maintain buildings and grounds to keep residents safe, attractive, and functional.
• Respond to maintenance needs quickly to minimize disruptions.
• Assist with repairs, improvements, grounds maintenance, and seasonal projects.
• Support campus safety through inspections and hazard addressing.
• Work with other departments to ensure smooth operation.
