Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair of buildings, grounds, vehicles, and equipment.
• Report issues to the Maintenance Manager, Director of Operations, and Executive Director.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance to keep systems operating efficiently.
• Estimate repair costs.
• Order parts and supplies after approval from the Director of Operations.
• Check the maintenance log daily and address reported issues.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests as required.
• Treat residents with dignity and respect and uphold residents' rights.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
