Penns Grove Housing Authority is seeking a dependable, motivated Maintenance Worker to join its Maintenance Department in a full-time role. You will perform general building and grounds upkeep, apartment repairs, painting, and minor plumbing/electrical/carpentry tasks, ensuring safety and quality.

The position requires a valid driver’s license and may involve on-call shifts for after-hours emergencies, weekends, and holidays, in a supportive team environment that serves residents and preserves

Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance or related field.
• Knowledge of general maintenance practices and safety procedures.
• Valid driver's license required; experience in multifamily/public housing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform general building and grounds maintenance, apartment repairs, painting, and minor plumbing/electrical/carpentry.
• Respond to routine and emergency work orders; participate in on-call rotation including weekends/holidays.
