The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the overall maintenance of five properties in the community under direction of the Property Manager. The Maintenance Technician is required to have a valid driver's license, a reliable vehicle, and a set of tools for the position. The position does include the ability to be on-call 24/7 with a possible rotation opportunity.
