Job summary

Hayes Gibson Property Services is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician for full-time work at our Louisville, KY properties. The role focuses on repairing and maintaining HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and related systems to ensure safety and resident comfort.

Typical hours are Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM, with on-call duties for emergencies. We emphasize thorough preventative maintenance and excellent resident service in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in general maintenance including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive mindset.
• Attention to detail in completing tasks thoroughly.
• Customer service focus with prompt, professional resident communication.
• Prior maintenance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and related systems on property buildings.
• Respond to work orders, diagnose issues, and perform necessary repairs.
• Conduct regular inspections and report potential problems.
• Ensure safety regulations and company standards are followed.
