Hayes Gibson in Panama City, FL is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to repair and maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and related systems across our properties. You’ll respond to work orders, perform routine and preventative maintenance, and help keep facilities safe and comfortable for residents.

Ideal candidates are hands-on, detail-oriented, with strong troubleshooting skills and a customer-service mindset.

Competenze

Experience in general maintenance including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs.
Problem-solving mindset and troubleshooting skills.
Attention to detail and thoroughness.
Customer service focus and timely maintenance requests response.
Experience in maintenance or related field preferred.

Mansioni

Repair & Maintain: Perform routine and preventative maintenance on property buildings and equipment, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and more.
Troubleshoot & Fix: Respond promptly to work orders, diagnose issues, and complete necessary repairs to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Inspect & Report: Conduct regular inspections of the properties to identify potential problems and address them proactively.
