Job summary

Anza Management in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician for apartment properties. The role performs basic apartment and related facilities maintenance to preserve the quality and value of the property, supporting maintenance, landscape, and management efforts to meet company standards and attract residents.

This position requires flexibility in scheduling, at least 1 year of related experience, and the ability to pass background checks.

Qualifications

• Days/Hours will vary based on property location and weekend availability is needed
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role preferred
• Will be subject to a Background/Physical/Drug Screen
• Must be eligible to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of installations and repairs in plumbing and electrical issues
• Respond to maintenance requests of plumbing, electrical, heating, and general repairs in an apartment setting
• Handle repair work on walls, floors, doors, and woodwork
• Paint interior of apartment buildings and respond to safety issues
• Document repairs and performed duties
• Handle maintenance and troubleshooting of mechanical processes
• Alert appropriate authorities of any malfunctions in the building
• Respond to emergency situations in a prompt manner
