Job summary

Anza Management Co. is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician for North Hills, CA. The role performs basic apartment and related facilities maintenance to preserve property quality and value.

Responsibilities include plumbing and electrical repairs, responding to maintenance requests, repairing walls, floors, doors, painting interiors, documenting work, and handling emergencies. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Days/Hours will vary based on property location and weekend availability is needed
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role preferred
• Will be subject to a Background/Physical/Drug Screen
• Must be eligible to work in the United States

• Knowledge of installations and repairs in plumbing and electrical issues
• Respond to maintenance requests of plumbing, electrical, heating, and general repairs in an apartment setting
• Handle repair work on walls, floors, doors, and woodwork
• Paint interior of apartment buildings and respond to safety issues
• Document repairs and performed duties
• Handle maintenance and troubleshooting of mechanical processes
• Alert appropriate authorities of any malfunctions in the building
• Respond to emergency situations in a prompt manner

Job Summary

The Maintenance Technician performs basic apartment and related facilities maintenance in order to preserve the quality and value of the apartment property. Supplements maintenance, landscape, and management efforts to meet company standards and attract residents.

Maintenance Technician Requirements
