Job summary

Garden Villas of Lenexa is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Technician for our renovated independent and assisted living community. The successful candidate will assist in maintaining the building to ensure residents are comfortable and safe, including painting, light plumbing and electrical work, carpet demo/cleaning, and pool upkeep as needed.

• HVAC certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the building to keep residents comfortable and safe.
• Renovate apartment units when vacated: painting, light plumbing and electrical work.
• Carpet demo and/or cleaning.
• Pool maintenance may be required.
