Job summary

Beaumont in Bryn Mawr, PA is seeking a Maintenance Worker to troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, and mechanical issues across the campus. This full-time role emphasizes safety and quality workmanship.

You will perform a wide range of tasks from painting and carpentry to HVAC and life-safety systems, maintain records, and support on-site operations. Five years of general maintenance experience and a High School Diploma or GED are required.

Qualifications

• Five years of General Maintenance experience required.
• Plumbing, Electrical and Painting experience essential.
• HVAC and Life Safety Systems knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Report resident issues and concerns to the Lead Maintenance Technician.
• Perform a variety of skilled work in the maintenance and repair of Beaumont facilities and equipment.
• Construct, rebuild and repair Beaumont equipment and facilities including various wood and metal structures.
• Perform diagnoses and repair of electronic ignition systems for heaters, furnaces, and hot water heaters.
• Maintain safety and compliance with codes, regulations, and requirements.
• Maintain records related to labor, materials used and work orders.
• Install electrical wiring and fixtures, troubleshoot and repair wiring, and maintain pool and facility systems.
