Job summary

Masonic Villages of Pennsylvania – Elizabethtown Campus is seeking a Plumber - Maintenance Technician to perform plumbing, general maintenance and preventive work across campus facilities.

You will install, troubleshoot and repair plumbing systems, coordinate tasks, assist with major repairs, and participate in snow operations and on-call schedules while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Six or more years working experience as a Plumber.
• Vocational or technical school training in plumbing is desired.
• Any equivalent combination of experience, training or education.
• Valid Pennsylvania Driver's License.
• Good written, oral, organizational and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Independently perform plumbing and maintenance work with ability to coordinate and direct related electrical maintenance, troubleshooting and construction.
• Anticipate and identify problems, analyze implications, and make timely decisions.
• Understand water distribution, sewer and storm water systems; troubleshoot and repair equipment.
• Follow OSHA, local/state/federal codes and regulatory standards during duties.
• Install, repair, maintain plumbing and sanitary systems; assist in major repairs.
• Perform preventive maintenance on plumbing equipment and assist contractors on major systems.
