Job summary

You lead with reliability, initiative, and integrity, and you’ll report to the Director of Plant Operations while performing repairs, inspections, and preventative maintenance to keep the property well-maintained and safe.

Schedule: Full Time, AM shift, Tuesday - Saturday. Anticipated pay range $19 - $20 USD.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or educational equivalent preferred.
• At least 1 year of maintenance experience in hospital, institutional, or multi-unit residential settings.
• Effective communicator in verbal and written English.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
• Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards.
• Active role: walking, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs.)
• Knowledge of general maintenance procedures.
• Comfortable working around animals and pets.
