Silverado Berkeley is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to help keep the community safe, functional, and welcoming for residents, families, and staff. This hands-on role blends technical skill with a heart for service and operates under the Director of Plant Operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or educational equivalent preferred.
• At least 1 year of maintenance experience in hospital, institutional, or multi-unit residential settings.
• Effective communicator in verbal and written English.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
• Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards.
• Active role: walking, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs.).
• Knowledge of general maintenance procedures.
• Comfortable working around animals and pets.

Schedule: Full Time, AM shift, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday

Anticipated pay range

$21 - $26 USD
