Job summary

Silverado Beverly Place in Los Angeles is seeking compassionate caregivers to support residents living with Alzheimer’s and dementia. You’ll provide hands-on daily living assistance and build meaningful relationships with residents and their families.

The role is full-time with an AM shift (6:00am – 2:30pm). Silverado emphasizes growth opportunities, paid training, excellent benefits, and a supportive team in a leading memory-care setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience caring for individuals with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or other memory impairments preferred but not required.
• Reliable transportation to meet attendance standards.
• Effective communicator in verbal and written English.
• Able to walk, bend, lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable around animals and pets.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Provide compassionate care and assistance with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, dining, etc.)
• Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members
• Support residents with memory impairments in a safe, respectful, and engaging environment
• Maintain accurate care records and report changes to the nursing team

Qualifications:

• High school diploma, GED, or educational equivalent preferred
• Experience caring for individuals with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or other debilitating conditions (preferred but not required)
• Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards
• Effective communicator in verbal and written English
• Active role: walking, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs.)
• Comfortable working around animals and pets

Schedule: Full Time, AM shift, 4 days on / 2 days off, 6:00am - 2:30pm

Anticipated pay range: $20 USD - $23 USD
