Job summary

The Staff Pad is seeking a qualified Licensed Vocational Nurse (Floor) for its Primary Care Department in Pomona, CA. This full-time 1.0 FTE role supports physicians, nurses, and a collaborative care team to deliver high-quality patient care.

Under supervision, you will perform wound care, immunizations, medication administration, and patient education, with emphasis on accuracy, patient safety, and timely documentation in the EHR and patient portal.

Qualifications

• LVN with 1+ year experience in outpatient clinic settings.
• BLS certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care under physician or RN supervision.
• Perform wound care, immunizations, and patient health education.
• Complete medication reconciliation and administer prescribed medications.
• Maintain up-to-date emergency kits and oxygen equipment.
