Job summary

Pomona Vista Care Center is seeking LVNs to join our clinical team. The role involves direct nursing care to residents and supervising nursing assistants under physician orders. You will participate in care planning and coordinate with physicians during rounds.

We require a California Nursing License and a cleared background check. Full-time or part-time shifts are available, with rounds and resident orientation responsibilities included.

Qualifications

• Complete and file required charts and treatment plans/physician orders.
• Admit, transfer, and discharge residents as required.
• Prepare and administer medications as ordered by the physician.
• Make rounds with physicians as requested/necessary.
• Orient and welcome new residents and families.
• Answer call lights and provide nursing assistance.
• Participate in and make recommendations for care plans.
• You will need to have a current California Nursing License.
• You will need to clear a background check.
