Job summary

A-Line Staffing is seeking an LPN for a Primary Care Clinic in Pomona, CA. The role requires 20–30 hours per week across 2–3 days, with weekend coverage. Clinical duties include vaccinations, vital signs, documentation in the EHR, and coordination of patient care.

The position offers a daytime schedule within a community clinic, with responsibilities spanning patient education, medication reviews, and teamwork with on-site providers. This is a part-time, on-site opportunity.

Qualifications

• Licensed LPN with experience in primary care, urgent care, or ER.
• Willingness to cover 2–3 days per week and every other weekend.

Responsibilities

• Administer vaccinations, injections, and medications (oral, IV, injectable, topical).
• Monitor and document vital signs (BP, HR, RR, temp).
• Perform patient assessments and document treatment responses.
• Provide emergency care with on-site provider support.
• Conduct medication reviews for interactions and side effects.
• Perform mental health screenings and chart findings in the EHR.
• Educate patients on medications, treatments, and disease management.
• Coordinate patient access to healthcare services and resources.
• Communicate with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
• Assist with patient registration, scheduling, and reminders.
