Job summary

Chelsea Retirement Community in Chelsea, MI is seeking a Part-Time Licensed Nursing Care professional to provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents during the 6:30pm–7:00am shift. You will administer medications, monitor residents' conditions, and respond to changes with clinical expertise while contributing to a safe, respectful living environment.

You will also guide nursing assistants, collaborate with the care team, and help maintain high-quality, person-centered care for residents

Schedule

Part-Time | 24 hours per week | 6:30pm-7:00am

Pay Range

$33.11 - $41.59/hr. (This rate is inclusive of the $3.40/hr. Michigan Skilled Nursing Facility Direct Care Worker Pass-Through approved rate; current approval through September 30, 2026).

Shift Premiums

2:30pm - 10:30pm $1.90 | 10:31pm - 7am $1.35 | Weekend Fri 10:31pm - Sun 11pm $1.00
