Shift Premiums

Nights (11:00 pm-6:59 am)-$2.00 | Weekend (Fri 11:00 pm-Sun 10:59 pm)-$0.50

Pay Range

$39.48 - $46.91/hr. (this rate is inclusive of the $3.40/hr. Michigan Skilled Nursing Facility Direct Care Worker Pass-Through approved rate; current approval through September 30, 2026)
