Belmont Village Senior Living Corporate is seeking a Part-Time LPN for 1st and 2nd shifts in our Chicago community. Weekend availability is required, with an additional hourly pay for select weekend shifts.
The LPN will administer medications, monitor resident wellness, ensure regulatory compliance, and guide Caregivers and Medication Technicians. Strong communication with families and providers supports timely clinical interventions and exceptional hospitality for our residents.
$3 additional pay for 2nd shift

As an LPN at Belmont Village, you will administer medications, support wellness initiatives, help ensure regulatory compliance and assist with quality monitoring in our Assisted Living and Memory Care community. The Licensed Practical Nurse will communicate with healthcare practitioners, ancillary providers, pharmacies, family members, and team members as needed ensuring timely clinical interventions and follow-up. You will lead and provide direction to Caregivers and Medication Technicians where applicable. The ideal candidate is reliable, takes pride in their work, and demonstrates empathy.
