Belmont Village Senior Living is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Memory Care and Assisted Living community in Green Hills, TN. In this full-time role, you will administer medications, support wellness initiatives, and ensure regulatory compliance while providing compassionate care.

The position requires weekend availability every other weekend and two days during the week, with a schedule from 6:30am to 7:00pm.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in the state where the community is located.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire.
• One year of medication administration experience preferred.
• Clear verbal and written English communication.
• Intermediate computer and mobile device skills.
• Professional, pleasant, and team-oriented attitude.
• Consistent and reliable attendance is essential for Belmont Village employees.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on physicians orders, coordinate services with ancillary providers and report changes of condition to physicians and families.
• Provide medication administration to an assigned group of residents according to physicians orders and report adverse reactions or observations.
• Ensure resident care and service plans are followed by overseeing tasks of Medication Technicians and care providers.
• Make situational decisions and manage conflict constructively.
• Update and review resident medical records, clinical documentation, and incident reports.
