Ridgewood Terrace a Concord Health Systems facility in Kentucky is seeking dependable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our caring team in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting. This role offers flexible scheduling across day and night shifts to accommodate personal needs while upholding high standards of resident care.

You will administer medications, monitor residents, document in EMAR/EHR, collaborate with CNAs and the interdisciplinary team, and help

Qualifications

• Current LPN or RN license in Kentucky.
• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or nursing home preferred.
• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Reliable attendance and flexibility to work assigned shifts.
• Commitment to compassionate, professional resident care.

Responsabilités

Position Summary

This position offers flexible scheduling across multiple shifts, allowing nurses to find a schedule that fits their needs while providing high-quality care in a skilled nursing and long-term care environment.

Essential Duties

• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility policy
• Assess (RN) or monitor (LPN) resident conditions and report changes appropriately
• Provide direct nursing care in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting
• Accurately document care and treatments in the medical record system (EMAR/EHR)
• Collaborate with CNAs and interdisciplinary team members to deliver quality care
• Assist with care planning and follow established care plans
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
• Contribute to a respectful, resident-centered environment

Qualifications

• Current LPN or RN license in the state of Kentucky
