Holly Village Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse to join our 66-bed skilled nursing facility. The Charge Nurse LPN will coordinate total nursing care, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

The role emphasizes medication administration, care planning, and ongoing reporting to the DON and Clinical Care Coordinators. A Michigan LPN license and CPR certification are required, with two years of long-term care

Qualifications

• The candidate must possess a current Michigan LPN license and CPR certification.
• Two years of professional nursing experience in long-term care is preferred.
• Strong organization and time management skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assess resident conditions and develop care plans, documenting observations.
• Perform rounds with physician; monitor symptoms and reactions to treatments.
• Provide preventive, supportive, maintenance, and rehabilitative care as needed.
• Administer medications per policies and doctor orders; communicate changes.
• Supervise CNAs and ensure accurate reporting and documentation.
