Westminster Shores in St. Petersburg, FL, part of Westminster Communities of Florida, is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for a full-time 7am-3pm shift in Assisted Living. The role involves direct resident care, supervising CNAs, administering medications, and coordinating with physicians.

The position requires Florida LPN licensure and CPR certification, with experience in long-term care preferred. On-site employment with competitive pay and benefits is offered.

Formación

• Must be currently licensed in Florida as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
• CPR certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in Assisted Living.
• Supervise day-to-day nursing activities performed by CNAs in accordance with MD orders.
• Ensure residents receive medications at the prescribed times.
• Monitor vital signs such as glucose, temperature, and blood pressure.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, transfers).
• Coordinate with physicians and update orders as needed.
