Westminster Communities of Bradenton is seeking licensed practical nurses to provide direct nursing care for Assisted Living residents and supervise daily nursing activities by CNAs. Part-time positions offer 8-hour shifts across multiple schedules, with responsibilities aligned to MD orders and resident care plans.

Applicants must hold an active Florida LPN license and CPR certification; prior long-term care or Med-Surg/Home Health experience is valued.

Qualifikationen

• Must be currently licensed in Florida as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
• CPR certification required.
• One year of long-term care experience desirable; Med-Surg or Home Health experience helpful.

Aufgaben

• Assist with the evaluation of residents' needs.
• Assist with planning resident care based on MD orders and implement updates.
• Ensure residents receive medications per MD orders.
• Monitor blood glucose, temperature and blood pressure.
• Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, transfer, ambulation, toileting).
• Ensure CNAs follow MD Orders.
