Job summary

Westminster Lakeland is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise nursing assistants. The role reports to the AL Coordinator and requires adherence to state/federal standards.

The shift is 7AM–7PM, at least three days per week with weekend coverage and shift differentials. Florida LPN license and CPR certification are required; LTC experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be currently licensed in Florida as an LPN.
• CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to assisted living residents.
• Supervise day-to-day nursing activities performed by CNAs.
• Follow MD orders and coordinate with physicians.
• Ensure medications are administered on time as prescribed.
• Monitor vital signs (blood pressure, glucose, temp).
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).],
